Cara Strayer

Cara C. Strayer, comes to us with 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, primarily in rehabilitation, including hands-on and managerial. Her interest in the healthcare field dates back to her experience volunteering for Special Olympics while a teenager. She states, "That experience left a lasting impression on me." Her BS degree is in Exercise Science, and she is also a certified medical transcriptionist.

Cara serves Care Resources as the Business Office Assistant. While she is not typically in the field, her day is busy working with our Business Office Coordinator to ensure the all Team Members have what they need to provide the best possible care they can.

When not working, you will find Cara spending time with her five-year-old son, Christian, and other members of her close-knit family.

When asked what stands out most about Cara, the professional team stated "Cara is always happy and upbeat making the office a more enjoyable experience." In addition they said "Cara pays attention to details which is very important in our line of work."
