Each Assistant Care Manager (ACM)actively participates in the care plan for clients, and often attends client care meetings to provide feedback on status, well-being, pertinent observations and recommendations. They also attend company education sessions.

Sometimes a client needs services that require knowledge of working with
geriatric clients but not the expertise of a GCM. In these situations we provide ACMs at a billing rate less than a GCM. We are unique in our ability to offer this kind of cost savings to our clients.
