Joanna Davis serves is a Corporate member of Florida Council on Aging. www.fcoa.org. She is also a member of National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers www.caremanager.org serving as Editor-in-chief of the organizations newsletters, and is the President of the Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association www.fgcma.org where she served on the board for 6 years.
Robin Bleier serves as 1st Vice President of Florida Association of Director of Nursing Administration www.fadona.org, she chairs Florida Health Care Association www.fhca.org Disaster Committee and participates as a consultant to the FHCA Quality Foundation. She also has been serveing as a Florida State Emergency Response Team www.floridadisaster.org member since 2003, and participates through membership of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. www.caremanager.org
Robin Bleier has been appointed as a member of the 2010-2011 FHCA Quality Foundation’s Culture Change Council by FHCA President Nina Willingham on Opctober 15, 2010. Council members who were selected had specific experience in the culture change movement.
Culture change refers to the national movement for the transformation of older adult services, based on person-directed values and practices where the voices of elders and those working with them are considered and respected. Core person-directed values include: choice, dignity, respect, self-determination, and purposeful living.
The mission of the council is to promote the culture change movement in the long term care profession by serving as a resource to educate, assist, and support person-directed care in accordance with the vision and values of FHCA in partnership with the Florica Pioneer Network.

Kelli Edward has been a member of National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers www.caremanager.org since 1998. She is a member of Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association www.fgcma.org serving as a board member for 8+ years, conference Co-chair for 4 years, was the unit coordinator for 2 years and "official" photographer.
She has served on the board of the City of Dunedin, Florida Committee on Aging for 10 years 6 of those she has been chair. www.dunedingov.com.
