Business Office Associate
Claudia is the Business Office Associate at Care Resources. In this role, Claudia supports marketing and business development, manages marketing pieces including the design, writing and distribution of such. She is also proficient with many office applications and is the backup to the Business Office Coordinator when needed.
Claudia also serves as Care Resources' Web Designer, and takes care of all IT operations.
“I am addicted to computers”, Claudia notes, and she calls herself a computer geek, as she loves to learn new ways to use the computer to simplify tasks. Having spent over 3 years as a Technical Support Representative for an internet company in the past taught her the importance of technology in today’s society.
Claudia’s varied background in the Health Care Services field and Technical field from prior positions provide the perfect foundation for her work with us.
Claudia is no stranger to the eldercare profession as she has worked as an ALF Manager and Day Treatment Program Assistant for the elderly and the mentally ill. In these roles, Claudia has completed a variety of trainings, including: CPR First Aid, HIV Awareness, Assisted Living Administrator Core Training, Restraint Training and Medication Administration Training. She has also worked at an Animal Hospital / Boarding Facility and is passionate about making a difference in peoples and animals lives which has given her the feeling of accomplishment and purpose in her own life.
Claudia is originally from Germany but has been in the US since 1989, and has been here in sunny Florida since 2001. She likes to spend her pastime keeping up with new Technology and renovating her House.
